What to wear with ankle boots and tights?

I have a pair of flat black ankle boots to wear with my black tights, but don’t know what top to wear with them, I’m also quite short, and a size 14.

I’m a short size 14 too, and I often wear flat ankle boots.

Get a flippy skirt, they sell them in topshop and other high street stores. They’re elasticated or banded at the waist minimizing your smallest point and then go out, right now the majority of them are pleated which is a definate ‘in’ for fashion right now. You’re going to want a skirt above than the knee, but not too short. If you wear a long skirt with ankle boots it will make short legs look even shorter.
