The author and creator of twilight wanted to make sure that the dolls will truly reflect the personality and the character of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen.
It is the first time Mattel has created a vampire doll, Edward Cullen, complete with with shiny skin. In the movie, Bella described Edward as someone “sparkly” under the sun. Edward Cullen is wearing a blue shirt with grey jacket. Bella Swan, with her natural look and shiny hair is wearing a blue zippered up jacket and jeans.
