Since 1995, the reverse of all Philippines coins have honored the Central Bank of the Philippines which was established in 1993, so they are all “double dated.” A 1993 Philippines 1 Piso should have only the 1993 date under the bust. Each of these is worth $1US if uncirculated, and they are not really rare. I hope that helps.
